Grant Funding: Salem County IDF for the Salem County ARC
In November 2014, Triad secured an $300,000 grant for Salem County. The county passed the grant on to Salem County ARC, an organization that provides work-related services to adults with developmental disabilities. Salem County ARC plans to use the grant toward necessary improvements in their parking lot, including adding designated pedestrian crosswalks, new lighting and paving and access to the entrance way (per the Americans With Disabilities Act). These improvements will help keep adults, children and families safe as they visit the organization’s facilities.
