Over the past four years Triad Associates has successfully acquired 73 properties and relocated over 750 businesses and residential tenants on behalf of our various public and private clients. The firm has a comprehensive understanding of the principles established for relocation of families and businesses per the Federal Uniform Relocation and Real Properties Acquisition Act, as well as the NJ State Relocation Assistance Act.

Triad’s professional team and support staff have direct experience in the actual implementation of residential and commercial relocations in the New Jersey/Philadelphia Metropolitan area. At present, Triad provides relocation and acquisition services for activities funded by the NJ Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA), the New Jersey Schools Development Authority (NJSDA), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Triad Associates is also a sub-consultant to the firm of Universal Keating, LLC, Joseph Jingoli & Son (JJS) and Tri-County Community Action Partnership. They have been selected by eligible municipalities and the New Jersey Schools Development Authority to construct Demonstration School Projects under the NJSDA Abbott Schools Demonstration Program. Triad Associates has been retained by Tri-County Community Action and Jingoli & Son to provide acquisition and relocation services for three of these Demonstration School projects and by Universal/Keating Partners to provide relocation and property management services to a fourth Demonstration School Project.
