Jake’s responsibilities at Triad are truly those of a generalist.

He works with the administrative staff and elected officials of numerous municipalities, helps to research grant opportunities for various governmental and private entities, and then works on the team that writes the applications for those grants once they’ve been identified.  He also helps to administer several municipal housing rehabilitation programs and consults on economic development matters with various municipalities.

In Jake’s professional life outside of Triad, he is also an elected official in Pittsgrove Township (Salem County).  His responsibilities there include participation on the Finance and Ordinance Review Committees, as well as serving as Township Committee Liaison to the Recreation Advisory Board and the Economic Development Committee.  He is also the managing partner in a business application development company, which creates customized software for businesses in a variety of sectors.

Before Triad, Jake worked in Operations, Inventory Management, Marketing, and Sales.  He worked for a medium-sized retail company and helped with the day-to-day management of 25 retail locations and 150+ employees.

Outside of Triad, Jake is father to a son and daughter and a husband of nearly 10 years.  He grew up in Buffalo, New York and attended the University at Buffalo.  In is scant free time, he keeps bees and chickens, and trains German Shepherds.
