Meet Triad’s new Senior Associate and Housing Team Manager Kendra Lelie!

Kendra comes to Triad with a wide range of experience and interests, having served as a Court Special Master to help manage mediation and settlement of declaratory judgment actions, and currently holding a license as a landscape architect which allows her to pursue her personal passion for designing outdoor spaces.

Most significantly for Triad and many of our clients, however, is Kendra’s 25 years’ experience as a professional planner who helped municipalities plan for affordable housing. In this role, Kendra gained valuable skills and insight that she will bring to managing Triad’s growing portfolio of housing programs and services.

Outside of work, Kendra enjoys volunteering with her church, walking her three dogs (one of which – Buddy — is a tri-pawed), hiking, reading, binge-watching, and spending time with her husband and two grown daughters. An avid traveler, one of Kendra’s goals is to visit all the US National Parks.
