With more than 20 years’ experience in New Jersey affordable housing and grant administration, Marc assists clients with the implementation and administration of HUD entitlement grants.

Prior to joining the firm, Marc served as the Chief of Housing Production for the City of Trenton for seven years and as the Vice President of a major housing and grants consulting firm for several years prior.

For more than ten years, Marc has been teaching classes at Rutgers Center for Government Services as part of the Affordable Housing Professionals Certification. He also serves on the board of the Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey.

Marc serves on the board of FreedomNJ, a Trenton-based nonprofit that provides safe places for Trenton youth to skateboard.

In his free time, Marc and his wife are urban beekeepers.
