Grant Writing

The hallmark of Triad’s success is our approach to grant writing and development financing. Triad has secured over 1.7 billion for our public, private, non-profit clients and regional community and economic development agencies.

Triad Associates helped the Cape May County Library Commission secure over $3.4 million to repurpose the historic segregated Franklin Street School into the County’s newest library, which opened in June 2024 directly across the street from the Harriet Tubman Museum.

Community Development

Triad Associates works with dozens of HUD grantees to plan, implement, and report on their Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding.

Triad assisted the Township of Edison, NJ in the redevelopment of the Housing Authority’s basketball court using CDBG funds.

Neighborhood and Economic Strategies

Triad Associates supports communities by enhancing local infrastructure, fostering business growth, and improving overall quality of life through strategic planning and funding assistance. Triad’s team helped the City of Wildwood receive a $3.2 million grant from the USEDA for the reconstruction of almost three blocks of the 100-year-old Wildwoods Boardwalk, which sees over 9 million visitors per year.

Redevelopment Solutions

Triad Associates provides comprehensive redevelopment solutions, helping communities transform blighted areas, upgrade infrastructure, and create sustainable growth. Triad’s team helped Glassboro, NJ secure $850,000 in Green Acres funding for the development of Town Square -- formerly a site of underutilized buildings.

Triad's Grant Administration professionals help ensure that projects are managed from inception through completion with strict adherence to all regulations.

Triad's team provided administration services for Cape May County's Tech Village 1, including compliance oversight, financial tracking, progress reporting, and documentation management.

Affordable Housing

Triad Associates is an approved Affordable Housing Administrative Agent for local municipalities and developers in New Jersey. Triad’s team has helped to develop over 1,000 units of affordable housing in NJ and PA.

Disaster Recovery Resources

Triad Associates partners with experts specializing in disaster recovery, helping communities rebuild by securing grants and other critical resources. Our expertise ensures efficient recovery efforts, providing funding and support to those affected by disasters.

Most recently, the Triad team helped secure funding for those affected by Hurricane Helene.

First Responder Funding

Triad Associates works closely with first responders throughout the country to secure gear, tools, and other essential resources to enhance efficiency and emergency response capabilities.

In 2024, Triad’s team helped the Carneys Point Fire Department secure $285,714 for the purchase of a brush truck.
