Michael founded Triad in 1978 and has nearly 50 years of experience in community development, and economic planning and grant writing. He oversees a staff of multi-disciplined professionals with expertise in grant writing, housing, program management, economic development and strategic planning. Michael also manages Triad’s clients, based primarily in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
During his 39-year tenure as Triad’s CEO, Michael and his team have secured more than $870 million in grants and other financing for projects the result of public and private partnerships. This has resulted in billions of dollars in new investments to revitalize local communities.
