Below, we’re excited to highlight a selection of recent grant wins from 2026!
Conrail | $4,837,315 NJ Department of Transportation – Rail Freight Assistance Program (RFAP)
The RFAP provides $25 million annually to preserve, rehabilitate, and enhance rail freight infrastructure across New Jersey. Triad wrote the grant for Conrail, a leading freight rail operator serving the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, which was awarded $4,837,315 to support their Control Point Port Capacity Project – Phase II.

City of Vineland, NJ | $1,600,000 NJ Department of Transportation – Local Freight Impact Fund (LFIF)
The LFIF helps New Jersey’s counties and municipalities fund projects that emphasize the safe movement of large truck traffic, renew aging structures, promote economic development, and support new transportation opportunities. Triad wrote the grant for the City of Vineland, which was awarded $1,600,000 for the Chestnut Avenue Roadway Preservation Project.
Egg Harbor City | $50,000 NJ Board of Public Utilities – Urban Heat Island (UHI) Mitigation Program
The UHI Mitigation Program supports overburdened municipalities and community-based organizations in implementing publicly accessible, energy-efficient cooling infrastructure. Under the Urban Micro-Climate Interventions category, Triad wrote the grant on behalf of Key Recreation Inc., a local community-based organization, which was awarded $50,000 for the Buffalo Avenue Playground Urban Heat Relief Project. Funds will cover the installation of a commercial shade structure over the playground’s primary equipment, making outdoor play safer and more comfortable year-round.
Lawrence Township, NJ (Cumberland County) | $58,687 NJ Department of Community Affairs – Local Recreation Improvement Grant (LRIG) Program
The LRIG Program supports counties, municipalities, and school districts across New Jersey in improving public access to safe, high-quality outdoor spaces and recreational facilities. The grant will fund the purchase and installation of new playground equipment and a raised gazebo at the Lawrence Township Recreation Center – enhancing recreational offerings and expanding opportunities for passive use and community gatherings for the estimated 22,400 people who use the facility each year.
Wander Back Beerworks (Vineland, NJ) | $100,000 NJ Department of Agriculture – Agritourism Grant Program
The Agritourism Grant Program provides funding to support New Jersey agritourism businesses in their efforts to attract, entertain, and educate visitors. Triad wrote the grant that was awarded $100,000 for Wander Back Beerworks. Funding will support the buildout of The Cellar, Wander Back’s new event space designed to expand community gatherings and agritourism experiences for the World Beer Cup-winning brewery.
