Franca Vidal

Associate

Franca Vidal is an Associate on the Implementation Team at Triad Associates, bringing over ten years of experience in client services. Previously, she worked as an Account Manager and Client Success Team Manager at an automotive training, consulting, and marketing firm. Her experience has equipped her with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, which she now applies to help manage and support the successful administration of grant-funded projects.

At Triad, Franca plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements. She works closely with clients to strengthen relationships and help maintain positive, long-term connections with funding agencies.

Outside of her professional work, Franca enjoys spending time with her family and two cats. She’s passionate about health and fitness, particularly functional training and weightlifting, and dreams of one day opening her own fitness studio. Traveling is another passion, with Mexico being one of her favorite destinations.

Franca is dedicated, detail-oriented, and brings a client-first mindset to every project she works on at Triad.
