Joyce Miller has been a dedicated member of Triad’s implementation team for over 27 years. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in coordinating housing rehabilitation projects in numerous cities across New Jersey, aiding homeowners to complete essential improvements to their homes.

Currently, Joyce focuses on infrastructure, ADA compliance, and community improvement projects in cities that have secured public funding. She works closely with local officials and contractors to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and in full compliance with funding guidelines.

Outside of work, Joyce enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
