With ten years serving abroad as a teacher and administrator in India and Indonesia, and another 12 years working with at-risk children in southern New Jersey, Michael Lipford brings a unique and valuable perspective to his work at Triad, where he will be researching and writing grants, implementing projects, and working with clients to help them meet their funding needs.

Holding a BA in Literature and hosting his own successful podcast/YouTube channel where he discusses movies, Michael is a lover of the written and spoken word – traits that will certainly serve him well in his work at Triad.

A 20-year veteran of martial arts training who is looking forward to returning to Japan for additional training, Michael enjoys traveling and has passport stamps from many exotic locales throughout Europe, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.
