On October 8th, 2019, the Gateway Community Action Partnership in Bridgeton, New Jersey accepted a $1,000,000 grant from the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation. This grant will help implement a Southeast Gateway Neighborhood Plan that Triad Associates helped to facilitate. The Neighborhood Plan is aimed at housing rehabilitation, recreational improvements, streetscape enhancements, street improvements, community safety, and neighborhood collaboration – helping to revitalize a historic and one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. After being prepared for over 18 months, the plan is a recipient of one of the largest implementation grants that the Regional Foundation has distributed. This is a wonderful credit to the hard work and dedication that the neighborhood residents, Gateway, the city staff, and many other partners brought to the planning process.
