Throughout the entire year, but especially each December, Triad employees look for opportunities to help those who are in need, and this year has been no different.
In addition to continuing our tradition of donating toys to children in need – this year, through Ramoth Church in Vineland, Triad learned of a local mother and her young son who were struggling to make it through the holidays. Not only did they recently lose their home in a fire but also the son underwent open-heart surgery. Our employees “adopted” them, providing sacks full of clothes, toys, games, and food – all to help ease their incredible burden and, hopefully, make their season a little brighter.
Triad was also pleased to again contribute to the South Jersey Economic Development Council’s annual food drive, sending several boxes to benefit the local food bank.
While “We Grow Communities” is Triad’s motto, it is also the mindset of our team. Every one of us is dedicated to doing great work both in and out of the office.
To reinforce this commitment to do good and to serve people, Triad is implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility Program in 2020 which will allow us and our employees to play an ongoing and meaningful role in communities by supporting organizations doing great, impactful work.
In the weeks ahead, we’ll be telling you more about the agencies we are supporting and their missions to improve their communities and the people they serve.
