Triad Associates went 7-for-7 in securing recently-announced FY 2021 grants for our clients from the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ Small Cities Program!
Under Small Cities, eligible communities can receive funds for economic development, housing rehabilitation, community revitalization, and public facilities designated to benefit people of low and moderate income, among other things.
Of the $7.44 million in total Small Cities funding awarded to 27 projects across the state, Triad’s successful applications accounted for nearly $2.4 million – over 32%!
The FY 2022 Small Cities Program will be opening soon with a deadline expected for mid-September 2021.
